Finger joint pine wood is the type of wood that is joint from natural pine wood board that has been treated against termites and dried. Finger joint pine wood is produced on a system of modern technological lines and advanced equipment.
The wood is sawn, planed, milled, joined with serrated tenons and bonded together with imported foreign glue. In order to increase the aesthetics, ensure stable durability, minimize the deformation of the wood in response to the temperature and climate conditions of Vietnam, before being put into production, the wood is treated with denaturation technology.

What types of finger joint pine wood are there?
There are many types of finger joint pine wood on the market, but there are mainly 3 types:
AA quality wood: is the best quality, suitable for the production of high-demand, absolutely beautiful finished products. Double-sided pine wood and harmonious color, beautiful and smooth edges. Because of that, you don’t have to worry about the quality, design and color of the wood, and it doesn’t take too much effort and time to complete a product as you want.
AB quality wood: one side A is beautiful, the black thread is beautiful, absolutely no dead eye grafting in this part, and one side B is so so, short and medium black thread is allowed. The largest spine is 4-5cm, allowing small black-eyed vertebrae with an average diameter of less than 5mm. This jointed pine is suitable for the production and processing of common finished wood products such as countertops, cabinet doors, kitchen cabinets….
AC quality wood: The side A is absolutely beautiful, has no dead eyes, and the black thread, while the C side is less quality, has unlimited black lines or eyes, the color quality is ordinary and worse than the two types AA, AB, are often used as floorboards or wall tiles because only one beautiful side is needed.
